Many adults believe that as they get older, their level of functioning diminishes, and they will be unable to perform daily activities and chores. While functioning levels do decrease as people age, regular exercise helps to maintain and improve function and reduces the number of falls older adults often experience.
Hello, This week I think I made some progress watching my food intake more closely and increasing the duration of my walks. I had to work a bit of overtime, which cut into my exercise plans, but I managed to lose a couple of pounds nonetheless.
