Who We Are : KCCDC Board of Directors
A voluntary, seven-member board of directors governs KCCDC.
Members have specialized experience in commercial banking and
finance, the construction industry, in law, in accounting, and real
estate. They are elected for three- or five-year terms.
Non-profit boards were established to govern, not manage. Our
board establishes and approves policies and principles, assures
appropriate administration and leadership, comments on
organizational practice and values, serves as a resource to staff,
and ensures adherence to our bylaws. They also serve as a loan
committee to approve or decline all loans.
